Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

@mrpauldunphy @VodafoneUK Took me over a month to get a resolution to a problem they created. One point a bloke shouted down the phone "YOU JUST DON'T GET IT DO YOU!". On the whole an utterly miserable experience.

@VodafoneUK tonnes of trouble connecting my Apple Watch to your network despite paying the extra £7 to do so!! Hours of messing with your technical team over chat and still no nearer! Can somebody help

@DjHarryHolmes11 @VodafoneUK Honestly never had a problem with them in the short time I've been with them. They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

@VodafoneUK i cant get on my vodafone iphone app it tells me to turn off wifi and connect through the phone network when i do this it says keep trying in 10 seconds

Hi @VodafoneUK i've been trying to get a pac code since 8pm yesterday. When i rang, customer services said the system is down (i was on hold for an hour to be told this). It's still not coming through when i text pac and my pin. Can you help please.

@ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

@VodafoneUK your broadband has been intermittent all morning and pretty crap this last month. Initially I thought your router was playing up so swapped it. Its now crap again so not the router. Can you quiz openreach and ask if they are working in the area, this is pretty sh*tty.

Honest to god. I have never had such bad experience than I have with @VodafoneUK. Been lied to and mislead constantly. Being told different things, no one listening to me. Just completely useless. I can’t even explain!

I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

So @VodafoneUK, I wanted to change the email address on my account. After going through 3 login screens, and 3 sets of 2FA codes to get there, I discover the "Change" button doesn't even work. 👏

@VodafoneUK yes Mark, Vodafone appear to have made a mess of my transfer of ownership, my broadband activation date keeps moving each day, reluctancy to send me a mobile hotspot to support when my BB is down. If this is not possible, allow me to cancel my bb contract

Hi @MartinSLewis, my @VodafoneUK mobile broadband has not been working for months now but they won’t let me cancel. I work from home and loose up to 3 hours of my working day due to their poor product. Holding me hostage and want >£400 to get out.Anything I can do?

@VodafoneUK To the store as I had to escalate the issue. 5. The store agreed with me that it had come in perfect condition and escalated. 6. Wasn’t allowed a copy of that escalation. 7. Was told today they have no copy of that escalation as if it’s urgent it takes 5 working days!!

After being reassured by @VodafoneUK support that they'd repair the device under warranty, I sent it back a week ago and today they have today emailed me to say it's not under warranty. Very unhappy, the device is clearly not as described and not fit for purpose.
