Budd of Berwyn, is a graduate of the Academy of Notre Dame de Namur in 1 Villanova and Lynchburg (Va.) College, where she earned a bachelor's degree in communications. She is a senior ad traffic coordinator at Aetna US Healthcare Inc. in Blue Bell. The groom, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Charles D. Forgie of Avon, is a graduate of Avon Old Farms School and Lynchburg College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in communications. He is a sales representative for UPS in West Chester. Kerry Budd was maid of honor for her sister. Bridesmaids were Kimberly Corgan, Daphne Fleck, Lauren Flynn, the groom's sister Sarah Forgie, Kelly Funk, Nicole Maffeo and Melanie Smith.
The groom's father was best man. Groomsmen were the bride's brother Jimmy Budd, Frank Baratta, Bryan Covey, John diZerega, Casey Gunnell, Timothy McDonald and Brian Rasnick. A reception was held at the Desmond Hotel in Malvern. The couple took a wedding trip to St. Lucia.

The bride, daughter of retired Air Force Col. and Mrs. Michael Elmore Havey, is a graduate of Choctawhatchee High School in Fort Walton Beach, the University of Florida in Gainsville, where she earned a bachelor's degree in material science and engineering, and the University of Dayton in Ohio, where she earned a master's degree in material science and engineering.
She is a captain in the Air Force and a chemistry instructor at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. The groom, son of Mr. and Mr. Robert John Steven Haris of Valley Forge, is a graduate of the Haverford School; Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a bachelor's and master's degree and a doctorate in electrical engineering. He is a captain in the Air Force and an associate professor of physics at the Air Force Academy.
