Everything was perfect. Rooms were nice and staff attentive. Great for walking to restaurants and theatres. Their garage is directly across the street with easy in and out.

Quirky hotel in perfect Broadway location

Large rooms, friendly staff, could use an upgrade. Not much water pressure in the shower, issues with the alarm system and elevators. But very comfortable beds and a perfect location if you're in town for a Broadway show. I'd happily stay there again.

Nice boutique hotel with personal touch

I have stayed numerous times at this property. Very convenient location, quiet rooms even though a bit small. It is the personal side/touch a reason why I will return: I had booked for the wrong date and the hotel called me to find out what was wrong with me. They re-booked me with no issues. Other Read more[SPLIT]Read lessproperties might have just charged me for the night. I really appreciated their assistance and did not mind paying the higher nightly rate.

A lovely extended weekend break in NYC

We were travelling from Tokyo to New York for a 5 day stay so we wanted a comfortable hotel given the long journey and relatively short stay. The Iroquois was perfect for us as the rooms are comfortable and the environment is calm. The location was perfect for us to get to Lincoln Center to see Porgy Read more[SPLIT]Read lessand Bess and down to Hudson Yards to see The Vessel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We had a lovely stay. Although we were in the heart of midtown the room was quiet and cozy.

The Iroquois wine night was a special way to start our visit to NYC. The concierge Vanessa was so kind and helpful, helping us find a lovely restaurant for dinner and even a recommendation near our son’s apartment in Brooklyn. It made the trip!

A classy, personal hotel in Midtown Manhattan

The hotel is well-located in Midtown Manhattan, close to many major businesses, the theatre district, restaurants & main subway lines. Our room was tastefully decorated, and the bathroom was well laid out, with a heated floor and good toiletries. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Great niche hotel in NYC

The Iroquois is excellently located close to the theater and mid-town. Service is super friendly and the rooms very well appointed. The hotel is not a huge property therefore service is more personal.

DEFINITELY A FIVE STAR HOTEL*****PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

Beautiful, warm, clean, gracious and luxurious hotel. I couldn't have asked for more. They truly lived up to being a small luxury hotel. Surprised this property made the cut...

This is the first SLH that I've been in that I had to question how it got into the portfolio. It's just not as nice as the other hotels in the SLH portfolio.
