Baby Prawns Roast
This is my second recipe using these baby prawns. I made a simple roast using it and it turned out pretty good. Hubby told that he loved this more than the thoran which i used to make.

Ingredients for Baby Prawns Roast
- Baby Prawns / Kooni - 3 cups
- Coconut Oil - 3 tbsp
- Garlic - 6 cloves chopped finely
- Curry leaves a handful
- Green Chilli - 2 chopped
- Shallots - 15 chopped finely
- Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste

How to make Baby Prawns Roast
- Heat coconut oil in a pan, add garlic, green chillies and curry leaves.
- Now add in onions, turmeric and saute for a min.
- Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for 5 mins.
- Add in chilli powder and mix well.
- Add in baby prawns and mix well. Add in salt and cook for 6 to 8 mins or so.
- Now it is done.
- Serve.

Instructions

Akka written there shallots but never use it also ...

These are baby prawns. You will have to use a magnifying glass to remove the head & tail of these.
These are completely edible so you can eat as a whole.Reply
