Exciting News! I'm thrilled to announce that I've successfully completed my comprehensive training certificate and specialized training in Operation and Metric Analysis, as well as Hiring Process Analytics! Throughout this intensive program, I've gained valuable expertise in analyzing operational data, evaluating metrics, and leveraging insights to drive informed decision-making.By diving deep into hiring process analytics, I've honed my skills in identifying talent, optimizing recruitment strategies, and enhancing overall hiring effectiveness. What can be the average salary of the employees of the different departments and to visualize them with the help of charts and graphs. And in the Operation Metric analysis the tasks were truely though and i have learned how to deal with the complex and big queries such as subqueries, with cte as etc. Learned how to find different metrics in MYSql based on events. With this Training, I'm equipped to make a significant impact on organizations by streamlining operations, improving efficiencies, and contributing to data-driven growth. I'm excited to apply my newfound knowledge to address complex challenges, optimize processes, and unlock opportunities for success. #growth #opportunities #data #training #analytics #mysql #talent

Let's visit another reason why teachers make great analysts and why you should consider hiring them!T I M E M A N A G E M E N TIf you've ever spent time in a classroom, you've glimpsed how crazy a school schedule can be. I can't speak to middle and high school schedules, but for an elementary teacher, you get MAYBE 40 minutes a day to plan for all the subjects you teach, review/grade your student data, call parents, set up your room for the next lesson, and then take care of your own needs like go to the bathroom and finish your cold coffee. Teachers are masters at managing their time well and fitting in as many tasks as possible. We utilize every minute we're given to do our jobs well. I can remember literally have 2 minutes left of my prep and thinking "Perfect, that's just enough time to run some copies for my math lesson!". With limited time to prep, this means we're also adept with prioritizing tasks and staying organized. It's also worth adding, teachers manage their actual teaching time really well. Between fire drills, technology glitches, calls from the office, or disruptions from students, your 60-minute lesson can easily be reduced to 20 minutes. Teachers often have to distill their lessons down to the essential elements, prioritizing what gets taught and what can wait until the next day.Time management is listed in many data analyst job descriptions I've read. This is an vital skill for a data analyst, because employers want to know you can complete tasks in a timely manner, deliver insights on a deadline, and know what projects need to be prioritized. If you haven't done so yet, time management might be a really good skill to highlight on your resume! What other thoughts do you have about why time management is an essential skill for a data analyst?#lihm 12/30#datanalytics #timemanagement #transitioningteacher
